Region 4 & 5 Joint Forum

The 2022 Region 5 Fall Forum will be held in Cleveland, OH on October 1 & 2, as a joint Forum with Region 4 and as a preview to the 2022 Education Conference.  Please join us for a great weekend with friends and experiencing what Cleveland has to offer.  Please be sure to register early as the room block is good through September 8 and our Friday night event at the Pickwick & Frolic Restaurant & Club has limited spaces.  After dinner we will be seeing Jeff Garlin's Comedy Show.  See the attached flier.  For those not able to attend in person, you can register to attend the Fall Forum virtually.
